Suicide Prevention Bootcamp
The next 12-week quarterly prevention boot camp starts in October 2024
Our goal is to help troubled individuals build strengths and develop skills to grow, heal, and recover through a holistic approach.
Let us assist you with creating, developing, and implementing an evidence-based wellness plan of recovery into your everyday plans.

Our Suicide Prevention Bootcamp is organized around a program called Wellness Recovery and Action Planning, also known by the acronym WRAP. It will be used with a Youth Prevention Manual written and produced by Mrs. Deborah Harris. It is a peer-led wellness process promoting mental wellbeing and has been used since1997 by people around the world. It is both self-directed and highly customizable to the individual.

Our Mission
To decrease the number of suicide and opioid deaths in youth and adults of all ages, we utilize our expertise and resources to further our cause. We help these individuals practice healthy and safe lifestyles through the development of wellness plans, cognitive behavioral group therapy sessions, mental health ministry, art/music therapy, skill-building classes, relapse prevention training, and total fitness. Since 2019, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways. We measure our success not by monetary size, but by qualitative measurements, such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Imagine what we can achieve together!
